At Fable & Flora Bakers, every order is freshly prepared with care and customization. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Customized & Fresh Products

All cakes, cupcakes, bouquets, and customized items are made specially for each customer. Because of the nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted once the order has been delivered.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product damaged during delivery
  • Major issue with the order caused by us

To request a refund, customers must contact us within 2 hours of receiving the order along with clear pictures/videos.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Minor design or color variations
  • Delays caused by incorrect address or unavailable receiver
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Customized orders prepared as requested

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before preparation starts.
  • Once preparation has started, cancellation charges may apply.
  • Same-day or urgent orders may not be eligible for cancellation.
